Ghazi al'Salim

Ghazi needs to be married. He is near thirty years old with two younger brothers and an aging father, and he cannot continue to live the way he has been. So when his father told him that he would be wedded to Səma al'Katar, a woman in a rather well-off family, he saw a chance, a chance he cannot let slide, no matter the cost.

Unfortunately, Səma spoiled his future in a way he wasn't expecting: she ran away the day before they were to be wedded. The family decided to send both the eldest sons, Ghazi and Səma's brother Servet, to search for her while the rest sought refuge on the Tharan border. Ghazi cannot blame Səma for running from a future bound to him, and the thought of living well without his family appeals to him far more than he expected it would.
