Celal grew up alongside Erdem and Viyan in Sarmatşehri, in the White Lion's shadow. When the city fell 8 years ago and their parents were lost, Celal took up the mantle of his father as Hanbaş of House Tepezirvesi. While Erdem was blessed to move to Aharkesen and join the military and Viyan gifted to Kemal Koralyan in Bokuzkoyu, Celal was left to take up residence in the Tepezirvesi estate in Yokuş, high in the mountains.
He has turned to his religion to take up his day, specifically trancing, something he has gotten quite good at.
